Large Pom Pom
I used my Secure Pom Pom technique. – Secure Pom Pom Technique by Stitch11
-Notes-
-You can use bells and tie them onto your pom poms
-You can use double thread instead of yarn, to secure your pom pom and also for attaching.
-Weave in all your ends while binging on Netflix.
je veux faire ma première tuque pointue! <3 merci!
What is magic circle?
You can google video and photo tutorials of how to do it.
Or you can CH 3, join to first chain, and use that as your circle.
I am making this pattern right now and just made it to round 14. FYI – your stitch count is off. At the end of round 13 (which is an increase round) there are 18 stitches. Round 14 is a DC all the way around (one in each stitch), which is still 18 stitches. You incorrectly list 20 stitches. Since I stopped there to tell you, I am not sure how it’s going to affect the rest of the pattern. I thought you might want to know, just in case.
Okay ty! Yeah, the pattern is correct but the stitch count was wrong. Ty! Corrected now.
The pattern worked up very nicely. I love it! Thank you so much!
This is so cute! I’m almost done with mine and am going to make a few more. The pattern is easy to read. After the first few rows of ends I thought, why don’t I just carry the colors up instead of cutting and it worked! No ends to weave in. Just a little juggling with the yarn to keep untangled. Thanks!
TY so much for such a cute pattern! And to have all the sizes right there is simply genius!
I second Christy–thanks so much for a very nice pattern, look, and the different sizes!!
Merry Christmas!
Hello. When it says that the hat should measure 10.5 inches across, does that mean at that point or once the hat is finished? I feel like I’ve been working over and over to get to 10.5 in order to go on to the rest of the directions! Thanks.
